Cần thỏa mãn hết tất cả các yếu tố, bạn cần:

• Viết tiết kiệm. Ngắn gọn nhất có thể mà vẫn diễn tả được the same idea. Để con dành chỗ cho các phần quan trọng khác.
• Chỉ viết 14 câu. Đúng 14 câu. (2552).

• Mỗi câu có một chức năng
• Dùng ngôn ngữ formal, nhưng dễ hiểu(dễ hơn research).
• Dùng ngôn ngữ rõ ràng thay vì ảo.
• Không viết câu quá ngắn, hoặc quá dài.

• Không cần paraphrase các từ functions hoặc Key Words (tránh lạc đề và tăng tính consistency)
